Dedicated to his family and community

David Henderson is a husband and father of five children all of which attended or are attending Hamilton Schools.

A grandfather of five he is a lifelong Hamilton resident and has been active in the community and has served several Local Government Commissions and numerous charity organizations.

Involved his entire adult life in coaching youth sports, Mr. Henderson has volunteered in Hamilton Township and in West Windsor as manager and coach at the Hamilton Township Recreation Baseball League, Hamilton Girls Softball League, Little Lads Baseball, Hamilton Babe Ruth, West Windsor Senior Babe Ruth and at Pop Warner Football. He has served on the Executive Board of Hamilton Babe Ruth and West Windsor Senior Babe Ruth and is a past Manager of the Year both leagues.

Mr. Henderson serves the Dogue de Bordeaux Society of America (DDBSA), is President of the Sand and Sea Kennel Club and is active in the DDBSA Rescue.

An Experienced Leader

David’s career in government and business has spanned 45 years.

During that time, he has been responsible for the management and administration of Construction and Engineering, Health and Safety, and Consulting.  These services included operations management, project management, technical service management, contract negotiations, client relations, labor relations, regulatory compliance and the development and management of innovative technologies.

Having corporate responsibility nationally and internationally Mr. Henderson has completed construction and environmental projects throughout the country and the world. In his many roles of Executive Vice President, Division Manager, Regional Manager and Assistant Bureau Chief he has handled contract negotiations, mediations, personnel searches, management and discipline in the private sector and within the civil service system, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support and expert testimony.

Mr. Henderson has lectured at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, Lehigh University and Drexel University on matters of the political aspects of environmental remediation, remedial technology applications, groundwater remediation, and construction management.

David has served on the Board or as a consultant to various professional associations including American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers, International Association  of Bomb Technicians and Investigators, Utility and Transportation Contractors Association, Chemical Industry Council of New Jersey, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers, Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissioners, American Chemical Society and American Arbitration Association.
